The Corporate PA Package 1 Plus Multimedia

This package is again designed primarily for the corporate market. The essentials we have looked for are very clear and comfortable audio in small to medium sized settings such as conference rooms, small to medium sized halls, relative ease of operation and flexibility and multimedia facilities added. The base package consists of:-

  • A MACKIE 404M mixer/amplifier,
  • 2 x WHARFEDALE EVPX-12 speakers,
  • A lecturn,
  • One SURE SLX Beta radio microphone
  • An 1100 lumen data projector
  • 1200 X 1200 tripod screen.

$290.00 /Day (Dry Hire)

The Corporate PA Package 2

This package is designed primarily for the medium size corporate market. The essentials we have looked for are very clear and comfortable audio in small to medium sized settings such as conference rooms, small to medium sized halls, relative ease of operation and flexibility. The base package consists of:-

  • 1 xMACKIE 404M mixer/amplifier,
  • 2 x WHARFEDALE EVPX-12 speakers,
  • 1 x lecturn,
  • 1 x SURE SLX Beta radio microphone.

Price of package:

$230.00 /Day

AUDIO AND/OR VIDEO RECORDING

We can do high quality audio or audio/video recordings of training presentations, seminars, conferences, AGM’s etc. We come and make a raw digital recording and or digital video on site using whatever suite of microphones is suitable for the event, eg table top mics, “milking” mics (for questions and answers from the audience), a principal speaker’s mic and so on. We then process those recordings onto DVD or CD for presentation of finished product.

Pricing for this type of work is dependant on the complexity and time involved. As a guide, we charge between $25.00/hr for “simple” jobs (e.g. an audio only recording of a meeting) up to $45.00/hr for “complex” jobs (e.g. an audio/video of an AGM requiring considerable set-up, multiple processing and multiple sets of finished product).
