Ace Quality Audio Hire

Ace Quality Audio Hire operates a full delivery, set-up, test and take away service for customers. Not all busineses in this field offer this service. We will deliver and take away from the Central Coast in the North, Lithgow in the west, and Goulburn in the south at set rates. We will deliver and take away from locations further away at individually negotiated prices.

We are based in south-west Sydney and our set rates are calculated using radial “zones” of 60Km increments for the round trip journey. We calculate the fee at $0.79c per Km per zone.

You may well ask “why bother paying a delivery fee when I can dry hire from supplier X who is close to me”. In many circumstances this may be true, but our operating experience has highlighted a number of scenarios where the extra is well worth it. To mention a few:-

• We know the equipment well, and we can set it optimally for you if we deliver on site.
• We have noted many situations where people organising events, seminars, parties, weddings and the like love the convenience of not having to send someone off to collect and return equipment, or fumble around with setting up. Our service does it all for you.
• Sometimes large systems are needed and they will not fit in a car or station wagon. Unless the hirer can organise or has a van or small truck for transport, dry hire becomes difficult at any supplier.

We have noted also special situations where using a delivery service is very useful indeed:-

Example 1: A customer in Hill Top (near Mittagong) wants a jukebox for a party. The customer makes enquiries and finds there is not a convenient local supplier. The customer has to go to Canberra or Liverpool let’s say, or have the jukebox delivered from Canberra or Liverpool. We can help out here! We don’t at this time stock juke boxes but using on-hire arrangements with other suppliers we can pick up the jukebox, deliver it and take it away all at our own risk and at less cost than a delivery from the ACT or Liverpool!

Example 2: A customer is having a party, wedding ceremony, name giving etc. You have a lot of things to do, and a lot of things on your mind. One less thing you have to worry about is getting your audio or audio visual/lighting gear to the venue. It is delivered, set up, and taken away for you!
